Pregnancy tests are available at our office at no charge. This test is done with a urine sample. This test can detect pregnancy hormone as early as 7 to 10 days after conception, even before you have missed a period.

A positive result is very reliable. False positive results are rare. A false negative result is possible if the test is done too early for the pregnancy hormone to be detectable, or if the pregnancy is not developing normally.
