Appointment Instructions
- Please bring your photo ID, insurance card and/or payment. For information about insurance and payment options, click here.
- Bags, backpacks and purses are not allowed in our building. Please have any necessary items in your hands or in a clear plastic bag.
- Please contact us ahead of your appointment with any accommodations you will need for your visit – including requesting an interpreter and for what language.
- We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
- We do not allow any weapons, including army knives and pepper spray, on our premises.
- Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. EHC will bill a $25 fee for no show appointments. This does not apply to abortion/abortion related appointments.
- Masks are optional at our facility.
